PURPOSE: To improve comfortableness to ride in a vehicle by setting a sufficiently low dynamic spring constant to orthogonal directional (the direction almost orthogonal to the shock input direction) input. CONSTITUTION: An inner peripheral side rigid member 1 and an outer peripheral side rigid member 2 arranged on the outer peripheral side of this inner peripheral side rigid member 1, are connected to each other through an elastic body 3 made of a rubber-like elastic material, and a first liquid chamber 4 and a second liquid chamber 5 are arranged inside the relastic body 3 so as to be mutually displaced by almost 180 degrees, and the first liquid chamber 4 and the second liquid chamber 5 communicate with each other through a first orifice, and a third liquid chamber 7 is arranged inside a partition wall 3a of the elastic body 3 to partition the first liquid chamber 4 and the second liquid chamber 5, and the second liquid chamber 5 and the third liquid chamber 7 communicate with each other through a second orifice 8. |
