NEW MATERIAL:The fluorine-containing compound of formula I (Rf is 4-20C fluorine-containing aliphatic group; R is H, 1-12C alkyl, phenyl or 1-10C alkylphenyl; l is 1-30; n is 1-10). USE:An oil-soluble fluorine-containing surface modifying agent. An agent to improve the dispersibility in oil. An antifogging agent. PREPARATION:The compound of formula I can be produced by reacting a fluorine-containing epoxide of formula II with a compound of formula III in the presence of a catalyst such as boron trifluoride ether complex. |
