PURPOSE: To obtain lowly odoriferous laminated film by a method wherein the molten web of a heat sealing layer is fixed by pressure to the treated surface of a plastic base material by blasting an inert gas against the cooling roll side surface of the molten web and applying an oxidizing treatment to the base material under the condition that the take-off speed of the heat sealing layer at its extrusion-laminating on the plastic base material, the temperature of a resin just below a die and the temperature of a cooling roll are specified. CONSTITUTION: At the extrusion coating of a heat sealing layer on a plastic base material, working conditions without using an anchor coating agent are specified. Specifically, the take-off speed L at the lamination of the heat sealing layer is set to satisfy the relationship, in which G is the air gap (mm) on the heat sealing layer forming side, T is the temperature of resin just below a die ( deg.C), MFR is the melt flow rate (g/10min) of the resin. Further, the temperature T of resin just under the die is set to be within the range of 180 deg.C<=T<=320 deg.C, the temperature C of the cooling roll is set to be within the range of 0 deg.C<=C ( deg.C)<=70 deg.C. An inert gas is blasted against the cooling roll side surface of the molten web and an surface oxidizing treatment is applied onto one side of the base material so as to bring the treated surface of the base material into contact with the molten web in order to fix the base material to the web by pressure. |
