PURPOSE: To produce a sheet for outer blade of razor, having sufficient rigidity, ductility, and corrosion resistance and capable of thickness reduction, by specifying the composition and hardness of an Ni alloy. CONSTITUTION: This sheet for outer blade of razor is a sheet in which plural holes are formed. The sheet has a composition at least containing, by weight, 14.5-23% Cr, 14-17% Mo, <=5.0% W, <=7.0% Fe, <=2.5% Co, <=1.0% Mn, <=0.35% V, <=0.03% C, <=2.0% Ti, <=3.0% Nb, <=1.0% Al, and <=0.08% Si and having the balance Ni and also has 620-750 micro-Vickers hardness. Because this sheet can superiorly maintain its mechanical strength required of sheet for outer blade of razor without deteriorating rigidity, ductility, and corrosion resistance, its thickness can be reduced to <=30μm and deep shaving is made possible.
