PURPOSE: To mold a thick wall part which is free from the generation of 'sink' and a thin wall part with an even thickness, integrally into a single piece with superb transfer properties. CONSTITUTION: A molten resin is injected fully into a cavity 27 with a thin wall cavity part 30 and a thick wall cavity part 31 which is molded using the cavity part 25 and core part 26 of a die from a resin injection orifice 29. Next, the molten resin in the thin wall cavity part 30 is retained under pressure, and a pressure gas is injected into the molten resin in the thick wall cavity part 31 from a gas infection pin 33 to form a hollow part 4. |
