<p>PURPOSE: To obtain a detergent composition for bath room comprising an aliphatic alkanolamide, an anionic surfactant, a specific nonionic surfactant and a water-soluble filler, dissolving at a constant rate throughout the year without being influenced by water temperature and no marked swelling in water. CONSTITUTION: This detergent composition comprises (A) 10-50wt.% of a fatty acid alkanolamide, preferably palm oil fatty acid monoethanolamide, (B) 5-20wt.% of an anionic surfactant, preferably sodium salt of an 8-20C alkyl sulfate, (C) 1-10wt.% of a nonionic surfactant which forms gel in water, preferably a higher alkyl ethylene oxide adduct produced by addition of 5-100 moles of ethylene oxide to a 6-20C alcohol and (D) 5-70wt.% of a water-soluble inorganic or organic binder. The component A is preferably supplied in the form of a fine powder of less than 300μm average particle size. The component B is preferably used in a powdery form. The component C is preferably used in a powdery form or previously melt-mixed with another component melting lower than 100 deg.C.</p> |
