<p>PURPOSE: To form a flue-gas purifying layer on a filtering cloth of a pulse jet-type bag filter, and improve the protective effect of the filtering cloth and the harmful substance-removing efficiency in combustion flue gas. CONSTITUTION: Flue gas produced in a refuse incinerator 51 is cooled in a cooling tower 52 to a suitable temperature for purification treatment and slaked lime to eliminate acidic gas and a necessary filter aid are added thereto through a continuous supplying pipe 93. Compressed air is jetted in pulses to respective filtering clothes set in respective sections 73, 74, 75 through any one of compressed air jetting outlets 80, 81, 82 in a bag filter 53 and substances adhering to the filtering clothes are shaken down by the impact force of the compressed air. Either the filter aid or a mixture of the filter aid with slaked lime is jetted to the filter clothes from any one of filter aid jetting outlet 77, 78, 79 immediately after the reproducing treatment carried out in this way to coat the surfaces of the filtering clothes with these substances. On the resultant surfaces, a mixture layer of a slaked lime and a necessary filtering agent is precipitated to give a flue gas purifying layer.</p> |
