PURPOSE: To enable thermal welding of a thermally weldable resin-made tubular part to be carried out without requiring skillfulness by a method wherein a cutting part, an abutting part, and a fusing part are arranged at specific intervals in a rotary direction to a rotary disk driven by dividing, and one side tubular part is brought relatively close to the other side one fused by the fusing part to be welded thereto. CONSTITUTION: A pair of tubular parts 12, 12a are set to tubular part receiving parts 16, 17. An abutting part 24 arranged to a rotary disk 30 knocks respective end faces against each other so as to become plane surfaces in a direction normal to an axis, and clamping parts 10, 11 clamp appropriately them. Then, a cutting part 26 chamfers an end face of the tubular part 12a clamped by the clamping part 11, and chamfers an end face of the tubular part 12 clamped by the clamping part 10. Then, a support arm 14b is moved to make intervals to the clamping parts 10, 11 specified lengths. After preheating by a preheating heater of a fusing part 36, the fusing part 36 is inserted between a pair of the tubular parts 12, 12a by a linear transfer mechanism, and heated for a specified time. Thereafter, the tubular part 12a is moved to the tubular part 12 side to weld the tubular parts 12, 12a to each other. |
