PURPOSE: To treat excrementitious matters even if a microorganism treating material to treat a microorganism is not poured into an internal part of a treating tank by manufacturing toilet paper from water soluble paper containing an effective microorganism, and using its water soluble paper for a flush toilet. CONSTITUTION: Water soluble paper by vegetative fiber containing an effective microorganism group having capacity to produce an anti-oxidation substance is used, and this is formed in a roll winding shape suitable for a flush toilet, and toilet paper is manufactured so as to have paper quality to enable propagation of the effective microorganism group and purification treatment of excrementitious matters. Useful fermenting germ and synthesizing germ are made to coexist with each other in this toilet paper according to its necessity. Such toilet paper is brought into contact with an effective microorganism contained in the water soluble paper, and the excrementitious matters are treated and purified. |
