发明名称 PRODUCTION OF THERMOELECTRIC CONVERSION ELEMENT
摘要 PURPOSE: To obtain a method for producing a thermoelectric conversion element being employed in a thermoelectric conversion element in which the thermal efficiency, e.g. heat dissipation efficiency and heat absorption efficiency, is enhanced while increasing the yield and suppressing the cut loss, crack, chipping, etc. CONSTITUTION: A thermoelectric conversion material powder containing more than one kind of element selected from a group of Bi, Te, Se and Sb is admixed with an organic binder, a lubricant, a a plasticizer, and a solvent. It is then kneaded and extrusion molded to produce a green sheet of a thermoelectric conversion element. Subsequently, the green sheet is punched to produce a molding which is then sintered to produce a thermoelectric conversion element. Content of the organic binder is 10-20 pts.wt. for 100 pts.wt. of thermoelectric conversion material and the melting point of the solvent for dissolving the organic binder is 80-190 deg.C. The organic binder is an acryl resin and the solvent is butyl cellosolve.
