<p>PURPOSE: To provide a deodorizing device which has a simple structure and is capable of converting a malodorous gas into a clean gas through simply removing malodorous components in the malodorous gas. CONSTITUTION: In this device, a malodorous gas introducing pipe is connected to a malodor treating vessel 2 in which a waste water discharge port 6 and a vent 5 for a malodor-free treated gas are formed and a packing material 7 is placed. Also, an active water jet nozzle 3 which is formed by fitting a jet nozzle part 9 to the inside of a bent cylinder 8 and boring a gas suction hole 11 in the cylinder 8 at a position in the vicinity of an exit 10 of this jet nozzle part 9, is connected to the malodor treating vessel 2 and further, a water feed pump 4 is connected to the active water jet nozzle 3.</p> |
