PURPOSE: To perform switching of split destinations at high speed by splitting a laser beam after converging the beams from a laser oscillator and making the split laser beams incident on plural marking devices through optical fibers. CONSTITUTION: A laser beam emitted from a laser oscillator 1 is split into plural different laser beams in time-division manner by means of a laser beam splitter 2, and then made incident on marking devices 4a, 4b, 4c through plural optical fibers 3a, 3b, 3c. In the laser beam splitter 2, a slide mechanism 14 is driven by the rotation of a servo motor 13, a traveling object 17 is thereby made to be slide, and the positions of a condensing lens 11 and a polarizing mirror 12 are switched so as to select the split beams of the laser beam from the optical fibers 3a, 3b, 3c. Thus, density can be improved for the special arrangement of the fiber bundle, and also the split destinations can be changed with a short amount of travel. |
