<p>PURPOSE: To contrive an unmanned towel folding operation by providing a towel folding machine with a towel feeder for automatically feeding the towel without depending on any manual operation. CONSTITUTION: A towel feeder for a towel folding machine is provided with a schuter D on which the towels are unloaded from an endless belt 6, a catching chuck A for catching and moving the towel, gripping chucks B and C for gripping the towel therebetween and moving the same, a gripping roller E for gripping the towel, a suspending roller F for suspending the towel, a clamp G for clamping the towel in cooperation with the suspending roller F and a spiral roller H for smoothing out the wrinkles of the towel.</p> |
