PURPOSE: To provide a constant-level liquid feeding device surely setting the liquid level at the prescribed level without monitoring the liquid level by detecting a reference face with a detection section at the tip of d detecting rod and releasing a valve. CONSTITUTION: A constant-level liquid feeding device 1 is gradually lowered in a battery jar 31 while a container 2 is held above and a water filling pipe 11 is held below in the feeding state. When a detection section at the tip section 11a of the water filling pipe 11 is brought into contact with a reference face 32, the descent of the container 2 is stopped. The detection section is brought into contact with the reference face 32, and a detecting rod 21 moves a valve 14 upward while compressing a spring 23 to release the water filling pipe 11. The atmospheric air is released into the container 2 via a water level setting hole 16, and the distilled water in the container 2 is fed into the battery jar 31 in sequence through the water filling pipe 11 and an opening section 15. When the container 2 is lowered in the battery jar 31 until it is stopped while being held in the liquid feeding state, the liquid in the container 2 is fed into the battery jar 31. When the liquid is fed to the prescribed level H1 , the feed of liquid is automatically stopped. |
