A casing defines a top recess at a top of the casing, an elongated opening defined horizontally in front of the top recess above a front mirror held by the casing, and an angle flange spaced below the top recess and spaced behind the mirror. Pairs of elongated vent holes are defined on a bottom wall of the casing. A flow guide member is pivotally mounted on the casing at the top and covered over the top recess. A rotary vane is disposed inside the casing.A gear box is vertically disposed at one side of the casing, the gear box including a first motor and a first transmission gear driven by the first motor to turn the flow guide member in either direction. This allows outside currents of air to be guided by the flow guide member to flow through the elongated opening defined in the casing toward the mirror to remove moisture from the mirror. The gear box further includes a second motor, and a second transmission gear driven by the second motor to turn the rotary vane, causing it to induce currents of air through the vent holes into the casing. The induced currents of air are permitted to be guided by the angle flange to flow through the elongated opening defined in the casing toward the mirror to remove moisture from the mirror.
