摘要 PURPOSE: To reduce the power consumption and noise of a blower for coiling an electron tube by detecting high frequency output power and controlling the speed of the blower according to a detected result. CONSTITUTION: The output power of the electron tube 1 is detected in a power detection circuit 5 and the detection output is supplied to the control circuit 4 of a motor-driven blower 3. The control circuit 4 is provided with a ROM and the output power and the required gas quantity of a collector part 2 are stored in the ROM beforehand. That is, the required gas quantity of the collector part 2 of the electron tube 1 for the high frequency output power is decided beforehand and it is stored in the memory of the ROM. Then, at the time of an operation, the high frequency output power is monitored, the gas quantity corresponding to the output power is read from the memory and the speed of the motor-driven blower 3 is controlled. Thus, since the heat generation of the collector part 2 becomes small when the high frequency output power is large and the cooling gas quantity can be reduced, the power consumption in the motor-driven blower 3 is reduced, a number of revolution is reduced and the noise is made small.
