PURPOSE: To unnecessitate the cancel processing of a designated underline by displaying a correction mark in the empty area of a corrected document when each line of the corrected document includes a corrected part. CONSTITUTION: A document original sentence storage part 1 is compared with a corrected document storage part 2 so that the difference between the corrected document and original sentences can be made clear and stored corresponding to the respective lines of the corrected document as a corrected part storage part 3 for the corrected document. When displaying or printing the corrected document forgone page, a processing part 7 inside a control part 6 judges whether there are corrected contents in each line or not, and when there are the corrected contents, the correction mark meaning that line includes the corrected part is displayed on a display part 4 or printed by a printing part 5 at the digit position of the empty area on the left or right side of that line in the corrected document. Thus, when the corrected document is once read, the designation of the underline or the like to corrected or added character sentences is unnecessitated and labor for inputting can be saved. |
