The collar connects vertical (10) and horizontal (20) scaffolding tubes. The scaffolding uprights have connecting discs (101) with rectangular slots (102) welded at intervals. The tubes are joined by two interpenetrating rings (1,4). The first ring (1) rests on one of the discs and the second (4) is adjustable so that the horizontal tube passes inside it and outside the first ring.The first ring has the shape of a portion of rectangular tube whose part (2) located against the disc is plane and drilled with a hole facing the disc slots. The opposite external part (3) has a concave shape fitting the horizontal tube diameter. The second ring is constituted from a portion of a U shaped tube closed at its base. The rounded part of the U has an internal diameter corresponding to that of the horizontal tube and passes inside the first ring. The second ring supports an external screwed rod (5), which passes through the first ring hole and the slot, on which a nut and a wedge (3) ensure clamping.
