CONSTITUTION: A carbide obtained by carbonizing a carbon compound is activated, it is crushed so as to form an active carbon base material, the active carbon base material is impregnated with an impregnation liquid composed of a carbon compound, a binder is then added so as to be molded to be sheetlike, a molded body is formed, the molded body is carbonized, and a sheetlike active carbon electrode is manufactured. |
