摘要 PURPOSE:To enable the comparison of training effect regardless of changes in measuring time by arranging a brain wave display level control means to display the ratio of occurrence time at which the intensity level of one band component exceeds a set value during a measuring period on a display device. CONSTITUTION:A brain wave signal detected by a brain wave detection means is inputted into a microcomputer 97 to be divided into band components as FAST alpha wave, SLOW alpha wave and beta wave, which are rectified and the results in the detection of the potential levels thereof are shown on a display device 7 through a drive circuit 98. Furthermore, the micrcomputer 97 computes the ratio V of occurrence time at which one of the band components shows the intensity level thereof exceeding a set value among those band components and the ratio W of the intensity level of one band component with respect to the sum of the intensity levels of the bands during a measuring period from the start of the measurement to the present. The V and W are indicated by the percentage in a bar graph on the display device 7 through a drive circuit 99.
