CONSTITUTION: An automatic warehouse comprises a rack device 1 having several article shelves on each of which articles W are laid longitudinally, having an outlet port 21 at one end thereof and an inlet port 20 at the other end thereof, a laterally and vertically movable longitudinal moving member 31 on the outlet side of the article shelf, an article receiver 32 provided in the longitudinally moving member, and a picking device for taking out an article W from the article shelf and taking the same into the receiver 32.</p> |
