MANUFACTURE OF DOUBLE AEROSOL DEVICE, AND DOUBLE AEROSOL CONTAINER

PURPOSE: To facilitate a filling work of a piston type double aerosol device and to eliminate the need of a separate filling valve. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a double aerosol device is such that a piston 2 has a function of a check valve such that gas is allowed to move upward from below and the gas is prevented from moving downward from above, and pressurized gas insoluble in raw liquid is filled into a first chamber N1 below the piston 2 through a valve (step S2), and the pressurized gas is allowed to flow into a second chamber N2 above the piston and the raw liquid is then filled into the first chamber N1 to move the pressurized gas in the first chamber N1 to the second chamber N2 (step S3). Consequently the pressurized gas and raw liquid also can be filled from the same aerosol valve and hence a filling work is simple and no separate filling valve is needed.
