FIELD: treatment of fuels. SUBSTANCE: method consists in preheating fuel to temperature not above 90 C, delivery, separation and homogenization under action of centrifugal forces; all these processes take place continuously and simultaneously when fuel moves upward in vortex apparatus followed by filtration and stabilization by introducing preheated pour-point depressants on base of solution of ethylene copolymer with vinyl acetate in hydrocarbon-type solvent. Set for realization of this method consists of heat exchanger, vortex apparatus, filter and mixer connected in series; connected to mixer through proportioner is additive service reservoir provided with heating device. Vortex apparatus has housing and vertical rotor made in form of taper working plates fitted on shaft; taper working plates have holes whose total passage area is equal to 0.02-0.06 of their surface. Mounted in upper portion of housing above set of taper plates is taper splitter whose diameter is more than diameter of working plates. Splitter is provided with ferrule which forms central and peripheral outlet passages located axially relative to shaft whose inner chamber has fuel supply passage brought in communication with inlet branch pipe. Mounted in upper portion of working plate set is separating plate with holes whose diameter is less than diameter of working plates by 2 to 10 times; arranged in peripheral branch pipe is limiting ring; diameter of inner hole of this ring is equal to 0.75-0.90 of diameter of peripheral passage. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of treatment of water-contaminated fuel and high degree of stabilization of homogenized structure in storage. |
