FIELD: thermostable antifriction coating. SUBSTANCE: composition has 50-65% aqueous suspension of polytetrafluoroethylene, 50% aqueous suspension of tetrafluoroethylene and hexafluoropropylene copolymer, polyamidoacid salt, filler, organic solvents, hydroxyethylated alkylphenol, water. Composition has additionally polyvinylpyrrolidone with molecular mass (90-165)x10at the following ratio of components, wt.-%: 50-65% aqueous suspension of polytetrafluoroethylene 25.5-45.6; 50% aqueous suspension of tetrafluoroethylene and hexafluoropropylene copolymer 7.0-15.4; polyvinylpyrrolidone of molecular mass (90-165)x101-2; polyamidoacid salt 2.5-4.5; filler 3.5-4.5; organic solvents 4-8; hydroxyethylated alkylphenol 3-4, and water - the rest. Composition can be used as priming coating. EFFECT: provided coagulating and sedimentary stability of composition, high adhesion, strength at impact, bending and stretching. |
