PURPOSE: To reduce a cost as a system total unit, to accurately control assist force by preventing easily receiving of an influence by fluctuation of battery voltage, and to attain energy saving by suppressing waste energy consumption in a booster circuit. CONSTITUTION: A motor drive current I is checked, 101, and when it is 11 or more, boosted voltage Vout is set to V2 (V2=100V), 102. When the motor drive current I is 11 or less, whether elapsed or not a prescribed time Δt or more, after the motor drive current I is decreased to 11 or less, is checked, 103. When the current I is decreased to 11 or less for the prescribed time Δt or more continued, the boosted voltage Vout is lowered down to Vin 104. |
