<p>PURPOSE: To accurately read the status of process data by providing a filtering means which is equipped with a plurality of kinds of filters and extracts the frequency component of the process data within a prescribed range. CONSTITUTION: A collecting means 2 collects process data from a plant 1. A filtering means 3 is equipped with (n) kinds of filters (n:>=2) and extracts the frequency component of the process data within a desired range. A status data preparing means 4 which is a feature extracting means extracts the characteristic points, such as the poles and inflection points of extracted data and, at the same time, prepares trend data between the characteristic points as status data. A feature amount calculating means 5 calculates the feature amount between each characteristic point extracted by the preparing means 4. An integrating means 6 adopts or selects the trend data of the process data obtained through one of the filters at every section and integrates the data based on the feature amount. The integrated results of the trend data are displayed on a displaying means 7 as the status of the plant 1.</p> |
