摘要 PURPOSE: To prevent all stations from being simultaneously fallen into an uncontrollable state even when one controller is out of order and to improve the reliability on a train operation managing system by providing a centralized train operation control part and a distributed train operation control part. CONSTITUTION: In a distributed train operation control part 2, the position of a train, etc., running within the control range of its own station is detected by each link device 6. A control signal is generated at every large station by means of each station controller 7 based on the respectively detected results and train schedule information previously set. The position of a train running within the control range is detected by each link device 10 in a centralized train operation control part 3. A control signal for controlling each small station is generated by means of a base controller 12 based on the train schedule information previously set and the position information of a train. When the base controller 12 of the centralized train operation control part 3 is out of order, each small station is controlled by means of manual control by the monitoring controller 8 of the distributed train operation control part 2.
