INFRARED SENSOR AND ITS MANUFACTURE

PURPOSE: To provide an infrared sensor wherein the improvement of reliability can be contrived by lengthening a moisture approach route and a manufacturing method of the infrared sensor whose simplification can be contrived. CONSTITUTION: A groove part 28 is formed in a conductive resin 27, and an optical filter can be slidably inserted in the groove part 28. The optical filter 29 and the conductive resin 27 are electrically connected to each other. A moisture approach route is lengthened and reliability and mass production are improved by providing the groove part 28 in the conductive resin 27.
