PURPOSE: To obtain a thermally cured epoxy resin article improved in toughness. CONSTITUTION: The article is obtd. by thermally curing an epoxy resin compsn. contg. an epoxy resin having at least two epoxy groups in the molecule, a curative, and a phenoxy resin having a number average mol.wt. of 7,000 or higher, has a zone wherein both resins are dissolved in each other, and has a structure consisting of two separated phases, one mainly comprising the epoxy resin and the other mainly comprising the phenoxy resin, entangled with each other regularly with a period (obtd. from the max. value of light scattering) of 0.1-10μm.
