<p>PURPOSE: To surely output a signal with high definition and also to make a sound in the shortest time during inverse operation even when reproduction is commenced during the saving time before the inverse operation. CONSTITUTION: When an inverse information signal detected by an inverse information detecting circuit 36 is in the midst of a saving section under the count-down state, a reproducing processing circuit 33 is controlled to be in the mute-on state by a system controller 27, and a saving amt. of data capable of nondefective inverse operation is calculated. Then, the mute-on state is kept by the system controller 27 until the saving amt. of the data capable of the nondefective inverse operation is secured, and afterward, the mute is turned off to perform reproduction. Thus, the nondefective inverse operation can be performed without feeling a sense of incongruity.</p> |
