PURPOSE: To obtain special interlaced yarn containing fibers which each can be subjected to a weight-reducing treatment to give such a multi-lobar cross section as having plural grooves A at places near to the projected top, and capable of be processed into a web and subsequently subjected to the weight- reducing treatment to give the web rich having a fuzzy soft touch, a dry touch, an elegant luster and a spun-like touch and further rich in bulkiness. CONSTITUTION: The special interlaced yarn is produced by blending a monofilament group (v) with another monofilament group (w) and has loops and sags. The monofilament group (v) occupies >=20 wt.% of the interlaced yarn, and the monofilaments composing the monofilament group (v) is subjected to a weight-reducing treatment to give multi-lobar cross section filaments whose cross sections satisfies the following requirements (1)-(3). (1) The cross section has three or more projections. (2) The projection has totally 2-30 grooves. (3) The top of at least one projection has two or more grooves having 1-15μm depth.
