FIELD: metal pressure forming with heat treatment of products. SUBSTANCE: complex includes successively arranged in a main manufacturing line heating furnaces working stands, cooling apparatus, a furnace for heat treatment and coolers. The complex is provided in addition by a manufacturing line, including arranged in a row a transfer device, a second group of rolling stands, a transporting heat controlling and cooling apparatus, a third group of rolling stands and a cooling apparatus. The transfer device is mounted directly after the rolling stands of the main manufacturing line, and it is connected by its one output with the heat treatment furnace, by its other output with the second group of stands and by its third output- with the coolers. The furnace for heat treatment may be in the form of two successively arranged sections, separated by an intermediate transfer device for delivering rolled pieces to the cooler or to the second group of the stands. The invention provides possibility of making large-, mean- and small-size merchant bars with predetermined strength degree, allows to provide economy of (30-50)% of heat energy, to carry out separate and simultaneous rolling of strips in the main line of a mill (large size merchant bars) and in an additional line (mean-and small- size merchant bars).
