PURPOSE: To provide a photographic film cartridge having an excellent wearing aptitude and high durability and feeding capacity by selecting resin material for disk being a component for photographic film cartridge. CONSTITUTION: A cartridge main body 2 is composed of upper and lower cases 2a and 2b made of plastic respectively. A spool 4 is freely turnably housed in the cartridge main body 2 and a photographic film is taken up in a roll shape on the spool 4. The disks 6a and 6b are attached to both ends of the spool 4, a lip 11 is formed on the outer peripheries of the disks 6a and 6b to prevent the photographic film 9 in the roll shape from being loosened and the disks 6a and 6b hold both end parts of the photographic film 9 so as to wrap them. As the molding material of the disks 6a and 6b, mixed resin obtained in such a manner that when the mixture of PS resin and PPE resin in the ratio of 3:7 is assumed to be 100 pts, elastomer in the range of 6-19 pts. is mixed to the mixture of the PS resin and the PPE resin, is used.
