PURPOSE: To provide a three-way piezoelectric acceleration sensor which ensures the manipulation efficiency for a connector for taking out detection signals and can be made compact while restricting influences of outer disturbances by a cable. CONSTITUTION: A three-way piezoelectric acceleration sensor 1 has arm acceleration-detecting part 4... within each of three corner parts. An inclined surface 6 inclined to two side faces 5, 5 is formed at the remaining corner part, and connectors 7... are set. The acceleration sensor 1 is thus constructed symmetrically right and left. An object to be measured is fixed at a bottom face 2a. Stepped holes 2b... are formed in a case member 2 and a base 8 of the acceleration-detecting part, 4 is inserted in a part of the larger diameter of the stepped hole 2b. Small diameter holes 2c are formed at corners at the side of the inclined surface 6, and the connectors 7... are pressed into openings of the holes. |
