PURPOSE: To enable the shortening of exchanging work time by making the area of a perforated spacer for impregnation of an electrolytic solution a specified number times the size of an opening of an attachment to achieve a longer exchanging life, shorter stable response time and an elimination of errors with simple exchanging work. CONSTITUTION: In a heating power system sensor, a membrane 5 and a perforated spacer 1 for impregnation of an electrolytic solution are arranged in an attachment 3 to be laminated and the area thereof is made 1.2-16 times the size of an opening of the attachment 3 which an endermic gas permeates with a void of 20-80% and a thickness of 5-40μm. In a ring-shaped structure, the attachment 3 is mounted surrounding a housing 4 holding an electrode 2 from the side thereof and a drawing margin 9 is arranged to grasp the membrane 5 and the bored spacer 1 for impregnation of an electrolytic solution. This eliminates the need for operation of making the electrolytic solution permeate into the spacer prior to the fitting of the attachment 3 and thus, with no erroneous operation, the electrolytic solution circulates through the spacer by a very small amount during the measurement thereby enabling the continuation of stable measurement with a limited rise in the drift.
