Products of formula (I) wherein R1 and R2 are hydrogen or optionally substituted alkyl, aryl, arylalkyl or alkylaryl, R3, R4 and R5 are keto, -(CH2)n-R6, -CH=CH-(CH2)n-R6 or -C &cir& C-(CH2)n-R6, where n is 0-4 and R6 is hydroxyl, a lkoxy and aryloxy, alkylthio, arylthio, carboxy, cyano, alkyl, aryl, amino, mono- or dialkylamino, acylamino, and (a), -(NH)m-SO2-W, where m is 0 or 1, W is -NH-R7, (b), (c), (d) or -R7, R7 is hydrogen, alkyl or aryl and R8 is R7 except for hydrogen, or one of R3, R4 and R5 is hydrogen, and all the possible isomeric forms of the products of formula (I), are disclosed. |
