PURPOSE: To simplify adjustment by assembling so that adjustment in a positional relation between a light receiving part and a guide and adjustment of the light receiving part and the guide with respect to a holder do not influence each other. CONSTITUTION: A reflecting member 4 and an eccentric pin 8 are attached to a holding console 7, and light receiving elements 3 (3a to 3d) are positioned to assembled a light receiving part. Then a projected light spot image of a light projecting element integral with a lens holder 6 is formed at a predetermined distance, and the light receiving part is moved while observed received 3 and reflected light output to fix it to the holder at a position with the highest output. Then the member 4 is adjusted by the pin 8 while observing reflected light L2 of a light emitting part with an output at the element 3a . That is, the pin 8 is rotated to raise/lower a reflecting face 4a and it is adjusted to a position where direct light L1 incident to the element 3a and the reflected light L2 are separated to complete adjustment of the light receiving part. Subsequently, in adjusting a shift in position of the light receiving part due to deformation of the holder 6 or the like, the positional relation between the member 4 and the sensor 3 may not vary since the console 7 and the member 4 integrally move, so that readjustment of the member 4 with respect to the console 7 is not necessary, thereby simplifying adjustment. |
