发明名称 FLAME BURNING CONTROL METHOD
摘要 FIELD: heat power engineering; burning of all kinds of fuels in furnaces, heat engines, combustion of associated petroleum gases in oil producing and oil refining industries. SUBSTANCE: method comes to control of flame burning by acting on flame with strong variable external field of electric intensity exceeding 1 kV/cm and frequency higher than 10 Hz. Physical substance of this method consists in electromechanical interaction of charged particles and unburnt fuel radicals in flame with electric forces of variable electric field. As a result, particles oscillate in flame at field frequency, get disintegrated, reliably mix and get burnt in ozone medium formed additionally in zone of burning owing to electrization of air in strong electric fields. Intensity of burning increases 1.5-2 times which provides a few tenfold decrease in amounts of harmful burning components such as soot, carbon oxide, sulphur and others. This fact has been confined by laboratory test Certificate. Higher efficiency of flame burning in electric fields makes it possible to cut down fuel consumption from 1.5 to 2 times preserving flame thermal energy, depending on kind of fuel used, and flame and external electric field parameters. This method has proved to be most efficient when burning diesel fuels: soot content in exhaust gases is reduced one-hundred times. EFFECT: saving of fuel, reduced amount of harmful effluents, enhanced ecological safety.
