<p>The present invention is applicable to liquid fluid heaters which are electrically heated and in particular, water heaters that are designed to provide water substantially at or near boiling point. Aspects of the invention include the thermal coupling of the condenser and inlet conduits, the use of a thermistor to sense temperature of heated vapour, having the condenser vented to atmosphere and cooling the thermistor with a squirt of liquid from the inlet conduit.</p> |
