FIELD: computer engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves optical input of information to memory unit, which belongs to address space of device, and processing information according to given algorithm. information is represented by distribution of relative levels of brightness of memory cells in optical memory unit, which provides possibility of reading and writing information using electric signals. Elements of memory unit are exposed to light during given time. Optical device is switched to light-sensitive state before exposition. Said optical memory unit is directly accessed in address space of device with memory unit. Initial processing of information which is entered is achieved by method of information input to optical memory unit, this method is determined by processing algorithm. EFFECT: increased functional capabilities. |
