PURPOSE: To prevent the generation of a flow line on the side of the sole of a shoe while improving the flow of an injected resin, in molding the sole of a shoe by injecting a foamed polyurethane into the cavity formed by assembling a plurality of molds, by applying a fluoroplastic processing to the inner surface of a side mold and the upper surface of a sole mold. CONSTITUTION: At the time of the molding of pumps, the last mold 1 to which an upper 7 is fitted, side mold 2 and sole mold 3 of an injection mold 6 are assembled and a foamed urethane is injected into the gap 8 formed by those molds to mold the sole of a shoe. At this time, Teflon processing is applied to the inner surface 4 of the side mold and the upper surface of the sole mold. But, when Teflon processing is applied to the molds made of aluminum, at first, sandblasting treatment is applied to the surfaces of the molds and, after degreasing, the treated molds are subjected to dry baking and subsequently subjected to Teflon processing. By this method, the flow of a foamed resin from a thin stepping part to a toe part is smoothed to prevent the generation of a flow line. |
