<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubbery elastic counter-strip for perforating device capable of remarkably avoiding harmful stickiness of paper refuse, which is produced in perforating, into a cut fitted into the counter-strip of the perforating device by a single perforating blade. SOLUTION: A counter-strip 67 is provided with a through-hole 68 in longitudinal axis direction, and a hollow supporting device 69 matching a diameter (i) of the hole 68 is installed in the hole 68. The supporting device 69 is provided with some opening parts 70 which face a working face 88 helpful for the single perforating blade 8 to act on that working face.</p> |
