PURPOSE: To always keep the potential by electrification of a photoreceptor a fixed value regardless of use environment and secular fluctuation. CONSTITUTION: A correction rule of impressed voltage in accordance with detected temperature by a temperature detection means B by a voltage correction means C is changed corresponding to plural target values of the potential by electrification on the surface of the photoreceptor by a 1st correction rule changing means D, and the correction rule is changed in accordance with secular variation detected by an electrifying member secular change detection mean E by a 2nd correction rule changing means F, and further the correction rule is changed in accordance with the secular variation detected by a photoreceptor secular change detection means G by a 3rd correction rule changing means H. By referring to the changed correction rule, the impressed voltage on an electrifying member by a voltage impressing means A is corrected in accordance with the detected temperature by the temperature detection means B by the voltage correction means C. |
