摘要 PURPOSE: To enable a compound optical element to be manufactured without the need of shifting the mold and the central axis of the material by putting the mold and a base material in parallel in a close relation during the curing period of resin in the art where energy curing type resin is applied and then the resin layer is cured after molding by a mold. CONSTITUTION: In the case of a compound optical element being manufactured, UV ray curing type resin is discharged on the molding surface of a base material 2. Next, the mold 1 being in the same place as the central axis of the base material 2 in its central axis is lowered so as to spread resin 5 and mold a resin layer 3 with a predetermined thickness. The entire surface of the resin layer is irradiated with UV rays from the lower side of the base material 2 to start the curing of the resin layer 3, and in this instance, the mold is put close to the direction of the base material so that the rate of resin curing contraction is compensated during the period of an irradiation of energy. As a result, in the resin outer peripheral part, the base material and mold come in a close relation each other without generating any friction between the base material side surface and the centering member, thereby avoiding the shift of the central axis between the base material and the mold. Following this, the resin layer and mold are separated each other.
