PURPOSE: To provide a holding device which can hold accurately an apparatus at relatively high position and further can replace the apparatus simply. CONSTITUTION: A holding device 1 is constituted as a fork like holding device having two parallel holding arms 3, and a protuberance 4 of the holding arm part is engaged to ress on both longitudinal sides of the apparatus. Further forward inclination of the apparatus 2 is prevented by a projecting part 7 pressing the upper rim 2a of the rear wall of the apparatus.
