PURPOSE: To store managing data consisting of paper money depositing time or the like in each paid-in paper money by providing this paid-in paper money managing device with a random access-memory (RAM) and a timer. CONSTITUTION: A central processing unit(CPU) 1 built in the paid-in paper money managing device A is connected to an output part 22 for a paper money receiving signal generated from a CPU 21 built in a paper money recognition machine B through an interface 2. The CPU 1 specifies paper money receiving signal generating time, i.e., paper money paying-in time, by the timer 4 and writes the time in the RAM 3. Simultaneously the CPU 1 writes the sort of paper money paid-in a stacker in the machine B, the order of paying-in operation, a date, and other managing data in the RAM 3. Then the CPU 1 drives a printing part 6 through an instruction part 5 to print out managing data on the peripheral margin of the paid-in paper money. |
