The accessory has two, or more, rows of hollow tubular elements (1) fixed to a hollow compression chamber (6). The elements are conical and their free ends have rounded points (3). The chamber is fixed to the end of a hair dryer and can turn through 360 deg. The wall of each element has holes (2) through which the air is diffused. The upper surface of the chamber is perforated so that the air passes through the elements. The rows of elements are of different lengths.
