PURPOSE: To reduce the noise which is easily transmitted to the vicinity of a rear part seat by providing a noise eliminator which can be utilized for the ventilation structure of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: An air chamber 5 having a passage which has a variable sectional shape is formed on a luggage trim 4 installed under a package tray trim 22 in a partitioning part for the partitioning between a passenger room 2 and a luggage room 3, and the air in the passenger room is led into the air chamber 5 from a ventilating port. The air discharge port of the air chamber 5 is connected with a duct 6, and the other end of the duct 6 is connected with a quarter vent duct 7, and the air in the passenger room is discharged outside the vehicle. |
