PURPOSE: To obtain a ceiling heat-insulation panel which is excellent in the workability and easily packaged and transported. CONSTITUTION: Two cradlings 2 having a groove 2A are parallelly arranged on one plane. And a plaster board 4 is stuck on the opposite face to the face with the grooves 2A. Heat-insulation materials 5 are arranged at least between the cradlings 2. Ceiling hangers 3 are inserted in the grooves 2A of respective cradlings 2 and fixed so as to be rotatable in the stream direction of the cradlings 2. |
