<p>PURPOSE: To provide a training machine that has a simple structure, is suitable for many kinds of sports, and is compact to be easy accommodated. CONSTITUTION: A group of feet 12 and a group of supporting elements 16 are so rotatably interconnected that they can rotate around a core bar 24. A ratchet 40 is fixed on the back side of the supporting element 16, and the top end of a stay 18 standing on the feet 12 is fit with a suitable dent of the ratchet 40. Pulley blocks 28, 30, 32 are installed in the feet 12, elastic cord 22 is suspended on each pulley and a handle 36 is arranged at free end of the cord. Owing to this structure, it can be used for many kinds of sports as the user likes, and when it is not in use, the feet and the supporting element can parallelly be folded so as to be accommodated easily.</p> |
